Apron class January 20, 2025 4pm-8pm
Instructor Susan Baffico will be teaching aprons. Choose from 3 patters. Great class for beginners. You will enjoy her class!!
1. Craft/Garden Apron
Will need 1/2 yard of heavy canvas, denim or upholstery fabric. If you want to use a lighter weight cotton fabric also use stiff iron on interfacing (enough for the body and the pocket of the apron).
AND 1/3-1/2 yard or fat quarter of coordinating fabric for binding.
2. Patchwork Apron or solid fabric:
Will need enough coordinating fabric for the 4 pieces of patchwork. Can use 2 fat quarters for two of the patchwork pieces AND will need Two pieces, 1/2 yard each, for the other two patchwork pieces. The two patchwork pieces at the top of the apron are the fat quarter sizes. AND 1 yard of coordinating backing fabric.
AND 1/2 yard of coordinating fabric for ties.
For solid apron you will need 1 yard for each side and ½ yard for ties.
